27 kW Commercial Steam Generator Steamcore Pro-Series

The Steamcore Pro-Series 27kW Steam Generator is designed for commercial settings like fitness centers, gyms, condos, hotels, and large residential steam showers. It features a surgical stainless steel boiler tank and industrial-grade heating elements for reliable performance. The automatic rinse and flush system ensures fresh water after each use, enhancing hygiene and longevity. Its compact design and energy-efficient operation make it a practical choice for high-demand environments.

Key Features

  • Surgical-grade durability – A surgical stainless steel boiler tank with low-density incoloy heating elements resists corrosion, scale, and thermal shock, delivering steady output, fewer failures, and long service life in demanding, high-humidity commercial environments.
  • Auto-rinse with aromatherapy – Factory SPA II steamheads include an aroma oil reservoir and automatic rinse/flush, refreshing the system after sessions. Cleaner internals mean purer steam, reduced maintenance time, and consistently satisfying experiences for guests and staff.
  • Precision temperature control – A dedicated room sensor and state-of-the-art control board tightly manage heat and humidity, preventing overshoot and drop-offs so every session feels predictable, comfortable, and on-spec from warm-up through cooldown.
  • Efficient, continuous output – Compact engineering uses minimal water while producing robust, uninterrupted steam. Lower consumption helps control utilities and supports sustainability goals without sacrificing density, recovery speed, or comfort during extended or back-to-back sessions.
  • Whisper-quiet operation – Acoustic-conscious design keeps generator noise low, preserving a calm spa ambiance. Quiet cycles allow conversation and relaxation to continue undisturbed while the system fills, heats, and maintains temperature behind the scenes.
  • SSI controller convenience – Chrome SSI controller and matching SPA II finishes provide timer, temperature, and pause functions. Operators can fine-tune sessions quickly, standardize routines, and respond instantly to comfort requests in busy facilities.
  • Safety & warranty coverage – An ASME pressure valve plus dual auto/manual flush valves add layered protection and easier servicing. Backed by a limited 5-year warranty, with an optional Limited Lifetime Warranty available through a maintenance program.
